Anyone in the world

Hello, I'm Mary Lane, author of Divine Nourishment, A Woman's Sacred Journey with Food, among other things. I will be offering a series of classes through WWU weaving the healing and reclamation of the Divine Feminine with nourishing ourselves according to the Earth's wisdom. Nourishing ourselves seasonally, locally, sustainably and spiritually, reveals how this simple act can support us through this collective transformation guided by our Great Mother Nature. Sound interesting? I hope so. I have lived a journey that has taught me both the misery and mastery of this art of nourishment and transformation. I will be offering it in bite size digestible pieces through each course. These courses build upon one another and will take you on a journey of healing, reclaiming, empowering and nourishing yourself aligned and supported by our Earth's wisdom. So look for the first course, "Divine Nourishment, Introduction to Taoist 5 Element Cooking," which will be available very soon. Look for my outspoken sharing that many times speak what most dare not, illuminating the elephant sleeping in the shadows of our collective living room. Check out my book at the Wise Woman University, and know that I am dedicated to the healing and reclamation of the Divine Feminine, and supporting all women to transform the self rejection buried in the shadowy depths of our unconscious to self care and love so we may all step out and offer our gifts to a world that is crying for them.

I am happy to see so many events manifesting to try and help our sacred waters. Here is another that I think will be very interesting...

I am hoping and indeed praying that we can depend on other sources for our needs besides oil. There are alternatives. We have to be heard. Let us sing in one voice for the good of all.

In Peace and Love,

I've recently returned from 17 days in France.

During that time I visited shrines dedicated to the Black Madonna and caves with prehistoric paintings -- and, yes, engravings of vulvas. These sites inspired the years of research that now culminate in "Initiation 2012: Awakening Your Sacred Center," this course offered through Wise Woman University.

I'm all the more excited about sharing the information and experience this course contains with you.

As our ancestors knew from the very beginning, both our day-to-day well-being and the survival of humankind depend on the creativity, intuition, and life-affirming impulse concentrated within our body's center.

The environmental, social, economic, and political changes already in process are due to accelerate in 2012. Honoring and activating our body-centered Source Energy is one of the best ways we can prepare to address these changes with ease and grace.

Are you ready to activate your body-centered wisdom and power?

If so, there's a bonus for women who register for my course by June 30: You'll have first access to reports on my adventures in France, including encounters with the Sacred Feminine in her many forms and guises.

For more information and registration, see this page and also this page.

Blessed be,

I think we are all overwhelmed and saddened by the recent oil spill in the Gulf. This prayer and text is from Susun's newsletter and I'm reposting it here because of its significance.

Blessing the Water - set an intention of love and healing
Dr. Emoto - author scientist, and humanitarian - has shared a brief, yet power prayer and we are passing it along here as a focal point, a space of conscious creation allowing us to move past fear, judgment and retribution into Unity, Harmony and Wholeness. This prayer is structured using Ho'oponopono and is directed initially at WATER - the element connecting ALL Life on the planet. Water ... the carrier of Spirit and the flow-er of Love!!!

Dr. Masaru Emoto's Healing Prayer for the Gulf:

"I send the energy of love and gratitude to the water and all the living creatures in the Gulf of Mexico and its surroundings.

To the whales, dolphins, pelicans, fish, shellfish, plankton, coral, algae, and all living creatures . . .

I am sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you. "

We are passing this request to people who we believe might be willing to participate in this prayer, to set an intention of love and healing that is so large, so overwhelming that we can perform a miracle in the Gulf of Mexico.

We are not powerless. We are powerful. Our united energy, speaking this prayer daily...multiple times daily....can literally shift the balance of destruction that is happening.

We don't have to know how......we just have to recognize that the power of love is greater than any power active in the Universe today.

Please join us in oft repeating this healing prayer of of Dr. Emoto's. And feel free to copy and paste this to send it around the planet. Let's take charge, and do our own clean up!

Greetings Earthwalkers!
a reminder to link up with indigenous elders and all interested in peace and how to generate it. Peace dwells within and we can call forth that inner goodness to be shared on our planet for the benefit of all beings.
Wherever you are whatever you do , do it with intention of love.
We are one family, the red blood that runs through each and everyone of us unites as human beings.
Send the rainbow of peace to surround our planet, our motherearth, our first mother.

I’ve been reading Gregg Braden’s books. I highly recommend them for tools of transformation. The current book I am reading is. The Spontaneous Healing of Belief. I am learning different ways of thinking and communicating a universal language! Once you know the rules it’s a lot easy to be involved.

There is so much in this book. We are not observers in our world we are participants that create with our thoughts and emotions. This is some serious stuff! I have been watching how I think and why I think the way I do. So much can be leveled to programming. I am starting to really see a difference too in applying the new language in my life. Life is more exciting for one thing. As you go about your day creating with your mind you find you become a lot stronger, more capable, and more focused.

I hope you will take the time to explore this work. One of the prominent themes for manifesting is emotionally believing it is already yours. That’s thinking outside the box. We usually ‘ask’….this new process is one of gratitude for already receiving. The universe has its own language….learn the language and communicate in ways that you never thought were possible!

Over the years I have found a fascination with alters. I have one in just about every room of the apartment. They somehow gracefully lend themselves to creating a scared space so easily which can transform even the bleakest of days into ones with hope and promise. I don't always have a theme for the alters. I sort of let them build themselves.

But this alter pictured below is specifically for the Chinese goddess Quan Yin. I love her and her message of compassion and mercy.

This is a short version of a very long one at Holy Mountain Trading Company about Quan Yin:

"Quan Yin is a shortened form of a name that means One Who Sees and Hears the Cry from the Human World. Her Chinese title signifies, "She who always observes or pays attention to sounds," i.e., she who hears prayers. Sometimes possessing eleven heads, she is surnamed Sung-Tzu-Niang-Niang, "lady who brings children." She is goddess of fecundity as well as of mercy. Worshipped especially by women, this goddess comforts the troubled, the sick, the lost, the senile and the unfortunate. Her popularity has grown such through the centuries that she is now also regarded as the protector of seafarers, farmers and travelers. She cares for souls in the underworld, and is invoked during post-burial rituals to free the soul of the deceased from the torments of purgatory. There are temples all over China dedicated to this goddess, and she is worshipped by women in South China more than in the North, on the 19th day of the 2nd, 6th and 9th moons."

*There is a course given here at the university on creating alters...I'll bet it is wonderful!

Hello my friends,

My latest adventure was at Historic Yates Mill~

"Yates Mill is the last operating, water-powered gristmill in NC's capital county. The 18th century mill was restored, and the park developed, through a partnership among the County of Wake, Yates Mill Associates, NC State University and NCDA & CS." From their site on Facebook.

It is beautiful! A trip back through time. I loved it there. The grounds are wonderful and witchy. The mill rests on the river which is teeming with wild life and activity. There are two different trails that are both easy. The only drawback is that it tends to be nosiy as the trails are close to the road as is the mill. But you can escape that. The beauty of the mill drowns out the traffic noise easily.

They also have a wonderful center done so well with a complete history of the mill. The mill is very active with events for children and families. I avoided that as I just wanted to space out and did so easily. So healing! Once I have a more settled life I want to volunteer there. I am so drawn to it. It is free and open all year. Life is good!!!!

We can bring healing to our waters with an intentional sharing of gratitude and love. For the waters that come into our homes. For the rains and the snows. For the waters in the creeks, rivers, oceans and lakes. Water is essential to life on our planet. Everyday we receive gifts from the waters of the earth. We are made of these waters.

Sharing love and gratitude with the waters within us and all around is a way of bringing balance. We can hold the intent to clear away all the toxins. We can hold the intent for water to be free to exist in it's natural crystalline nature.

Sending a wild rushing river of love and gratitude to the waters will flood the world and our bodies with aliveness and potentials. Healing the waters - it's within our reach with our intent and every action we take.

Manaole U Manaole,
from my heart to the heart of the mother earth to your heart,
JoAnne Dodgson
